Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Brobata LLC (“we”) for using WrenchOps: the website at wrench-ops.com and the WrenchOps apps. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and use WrenchOps for a business.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
• The person who sets up a company is its owner and decides who else gets access and what they can see.

Your company’s data

What your company enters stays your company’s. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter information about your customers and staff.

Acceptable use

Don’t break the law with WrenchOps, try to get into another company’s records, disrupt the service, or send spam through it. We may suspend an account that does.

Paid plans

If your company is on a paid plan, the price and billing period are shown before you pay. Fees already paid are not refunded for a partial period unless the law requires it. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of a plan you are on.

Inspections and compliance

WrenchOps records the inspections and certificates your technicians complete. It does not perform the inspection, and whether a piece of equipment is safe is the judgment of the qualified person who inspected it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep WrenchOps running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features over time. If we stop offering WrenchOps, we will give owners at least 30 days to export their data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what your company paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see delete your account). An owner can close the company’s account by emailing us. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
