Delete your account
Last updated September 24, 2026
You can delete your WrenchOps login yourself at any time. It takes effect straight away.
In the app or on the website
- Sign in, open the menu with your name at the bottom of the sidebar, and choose Your account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
By email
Can’t sign in? Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login: you can no longer sign in, and your email address is removed from it.
- Your name, phone number and photo on your profile.
- Your access to every company you belonged to.
- Your notifications, and the push-notification addresses of your phones.
- The contact details and photo on your technician record.
What is kept, and why
- Your company’s work records (jobs, inspections, certificates, quotes, invoices) stay with the company. They are its business records, and its customers and inspectors rely on them.
- Your name on jobs you worked stays on the company’s technician list, so its job history still says who did the work. It is no longer linked to any login.
- The company’s change log keeps its entries, but they no longer point to you.
If you own a company
If you are the only owner and other people still use the company, make one of them an owner first (Team), then delete your account. To close the whole company and erase its records, the owner emails [email protected]; we do it within 30 days.
